I'm Matthew Okeke — the person who built FaithFlow AI. I didn't come into this from a tech background looking for a market to disrupt. I came into it the way most of you did: staring at a blank page on a Sunday night, knowing the message mattered, and wishing there was more time to give it the shape it deserved.

You set the tone, tradition, and theological framing before generating, and every output is meant to be reviewed and adapted in your own voice — not posted unread. Think of it as a first draft from a well-read assistant, not a final word.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There's no contract and no lock-in. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No retention calls, no hoops.
Is my sermon content private?+
Your content is yours. We don't use what you write or generate to train AI models, and we don't share it with other churches or users. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
What happens to my account if I stop paying?+
If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, your account reverts to Starter-tier free access rather than being deleted. Your saved generations and account history stay intact — you simply lose access to the higher-tier tools until you resubscribe.

2. Description of Service
FaithFlow AI is an AI-powered content generation platform designed for pastors, faith creators, and churches. It generates sermons, social media posts, devotionals, YouTube scripts, newsletters, prayers, and repurposed content.
3. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
You may not share your account with others (unless on a Ministry Team plan).
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly starting after your Free starter access.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
As a general policy, subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of subscribing without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law; to exercise this right, contact [email protected].
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
5. Content Ownership
Content generated using FaithFlow AI belongs to you. You may use it freely for your ministry, church, or personal use. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use FaithFlow AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
You may not resell or redistribute the platform itself.
You agree to use generated content responsibly and in accordance with your faith community's values.
7. Limitation of Liability
FaithFlow AI provides AI-generated content as a tool to assist, not replace, pastoral judgment. We are not liable for how generated content is used or interpreted.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
